The Stuart team was engaged to complete the land development process for this newly developed assisted living and memory care residence. The landscaping consists of extensive buffering along the streetscape and trees and shrubs throughout the property. Once the land development process was complete, the team continued as the Landscape Architects on the design team to create three spaces, each with their own feel and purpose. The spaces consist of a passive viewing courtyard filled with plantings that are nestled on berms for viewing interest. A memory care garden that encompasses a walking loop and plantings. And lastly, an active courtyard that embraces outdoor activity such as outdoor movie nights, yoga and exercise classes, and outdoor dining areas. Architecture by Meyer Architects.
