HISTORY
Stuart and Associates, LLC. is a Land Planning and Landscape Architectural Firm located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. The firm was originally founded by Joseph P. Orsatti, Jr. in 1979 as Orsatti Associates, Inc. In 2013, long time associate Patrick J. Stuart was named partner and the firm was renamed as Orsatti and Stuart Associates, Inc. In 2020, under the leadership of Mr. Stuart, the firm evolved to Stuart and Associates, LLC.
Our firm has received numerous awards for excellence in design, including seven Planning Merit Awards given by the Montgomery County Pennsylvania Planning Commission; the l986 State-Wide Commercial Landscape Award of Excellence, given by The Nurserymen’s Association; U.S. Green Building Council, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Earth Day Award, and other awards given by various Townships, community organizations, and civic groups.
