The once Frazer Lanes Bowling Alley site was re-envisioned into the live and work, 213 unit Apartments at Malvern Yards. The Stuart team, in tandem with D.L. Howell Associates, carried the project through land development, where the project required a lush landscape consisting of both large and small scale trees as well as several hot spots of native shrubbery.

Upon approval, the Stuart team was further engaged to create an oasis for residents within the fully enclosed courtyard. The end design resulted in a porcelain wood boardwalk that connects users to various spaces including a resort style pool with bar and hot tub, overhead structures with bar and grill spaces, multiple fire element lounges, and a multi-purpose turf for gaming and putting green.
