The Caswell is a unique property that sits atop an existing neighborhood with 360 views of Newtown Square. Situated between the two buildings, which boast over an acre of courtyard and over 8' of elevation change, the Stuart team had the opportunity to create a variety of comfortable spaces in a vast landscape. The upper courtyard, covering the parking garage, is equipped with a large fire element, two grilling stations, and a synthetic turf gaming area. All surrounded by a raised planter system that buffers the first floor units, creating ample private seating areas and establishes a pedestrian scale. The main feature is the wood timber structure lounge with a fireplace that overlooks the central pool area. The 1,800sf pools includes a main swimming area, sun shelf, grand stair, incorporated hot tub and bar seating for conversing. The lower courtyard provides similar opportunities as the upper courtyard area with more intimate spaces for private gathering and pathway connections for exterior building access.
