Uptown Worthington consists of a 100+ acre mixed-use lifestyle center located in Malvern, PA. Developed by O’Neill Properties, the project is a former brownfield site located at the crossroads of US Route 29 and 202. The lifestyle center will contain 185,000 square feet of Class ‘A’ office space, 655,000 square feet of retail, 10+ restaurants, 750 luxury apartments, and two five-star hotels. Stuart Associates was involved in preparing initial concept plans, developing land use alternatives, the re-zoning process, development of the Master Plan lifestyle center, and land development lighting and planting plans.
