The Happy Days Park and Reforestation plan is a 30 acre area alongside a newly envisioned industrial site. By restoring wildlife corridors and meadows, implementing new wetlands and restoring buffer tree plantings; this gem in the Landscape will improve the environment in an industrial heavy fabric. Through signage and wayfinding, the site also creates an opportunity for environmental education. The communal park incorporates a large lawn, walking paths, permeable paving hot spots, and a naturalistic outdoor play area.
