Stuart & Associates was part of a dynamic team that consisted of Kelly & Close Civil Engineers, Spiezle Architects and two international architectural firms to design a major expansion for Penn State's Brandywine Campus that included a 250 bed residence hall and student union dining facility.

Stuart & Associates provided conceptual designs for the various plazas and outdoor spaces anticipated for the two new facilities.  We met with the surrounding stakeholders and involved them in the design process to mitigate concerns from the surrounding residential community.

We were also engaged to obtain municipal approvals for the landscaping and site lighting.  Both facilities obtained LEED Silver Certification.  Patrick Stuart provided expert witness testimony in Planning and Landscape Architecture during the municipal approval process.
