The Stuart team was brought on as the Landscape Architects on record for the land development process on this building retrofit project. Nestled in Lower Merion Township, the existing commercial building, at the corner of St. Asaphs and Kings Grant Streets, received a facade update, interior renovations, and a new garage addition. In order to comply with the Township and Greening standards the landscape team provided an outdoor patio space, a diverse, groundcover planting palette along and within the site, and introduced various types of trees.
